Made to order: every printed, embroidered or personalized piece is produced just for you after you order. Returns or exchanges for wrong size, color or change of mind are therefore not possible – please check the size guide before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? We send a free replacement or a full refund – simply email paws@privepawtravel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Unprinted, non-personalized items can be returned unused within 14 days.
EU customers: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU); statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
