(1) Services
Privé Paw Travel LLC provides travel coordination, document assistance and concierge services for clients traveling with dogs. All services are provided on the basis of the agreements made between Privé Paw Travel LLC and the client at the time of booking.
(2) No guarantee of entry
Privé Paw Travel LLC acts as a coordinator and advisor. We do not guarantee entry for any animal into any country. Entry requirements are set by governments and applicable law cannot be overridden. Past outcomes do not guarantee equivalent future results.
(3) Client responsibility
The client is responsible for initiating preparation in sufficient time. Privé Paw Travel LLC is not liable for situations arising from missed deadlines, expired documents or requirements not met before the client engaged our services.
(4) Payment
All services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in USD. Elite membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun.
(5) Confidentiality
All client information is treated with full confidentiality. Elite members are required to sign an NDA before membership details are shared.
(6) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected where applicable.
